EPCs are required to have been

requested on marketing. I think

this then is something an agent

would offer to assist with.

The new regulations will when

made introduce a number of new

requirements :-

♦ a new duty on the seller to secure that an energy performance certificate

(EPC) has been commissioned before marketing of the property

commences where no such certificate is already available
